What if the person is not at home or at work to receive their gift?

Our delivery drivers use their discretion when leaving hampers. If they deem it to be unsafe, if the hamper contains chocolate and may melt, Please leave phone number of recipient and we can call them if there is not a safe place to leave hamper!

If gift hamper is unable to be left due to security gates or no safe place or no answer from the recipient, a re-delivery fee ($15.95) may be charged.
NOTE: It’s always a good idea to choose a work address for the recipient.
